New Year Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat

Join me for a deeply nurturing day devoted to movement, breath, reflection, and intention setting. A chance to leave behind some of the physical and mental clutter of the past year and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the new one.

We’ll begin with pranayama and Vinyasa yoga, awakening the body and clearing stagnant energy as we anchor into the breath. Through mindful movement, we’ll create space in the body and begin to shake off some of the heaviness we may be carrying from the year behind us.

From there, we’ll move into meditation and inner exploration, creating space to slow down, listen inward, and reflect on the year that has passed.

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through journaling and reflection prompts to help you honour what has been, release what you’re ready to leave behind, and explore what you want to invite into the year ahead. Rather than setting rigid resolutions, this is an opportunity to connect with your values, desires, and intentions for the new chapter.

In the afternoon, we’ll use self-massage with blocks, tennis balls, and essential oils to release physical tension and create a sense of ease and lightness in the body.

We’ll then soften into a restorative Yin practice, meditation, and deep relaxation, allowing the body and mind to settle and everything from the day to gently integrate.

We’ll close with a closing circle and reflection, giving you space to ground your intentions and step into the new year feeling clear, connected, and renewed.

No previous experience with yoga needed to attend this retreat. Come as you are.
