A 3 hour workshop where we will practice acrobatic-style movements and skills, both solo and with a partner.
The class will consist of a joint warmup to get familiar with the rest of the group (and potential acro-partners), some
solo acro-moves, some partner acro-yoga and then some team-challenges at the end!
Expect to have fun, learn new skills, challenge yourself, test your courage, work in partners and teams,
and to fall over multiple times. Join me for one or two days filled with lots of laughter, faceplants and new challenges!
