A 60 minute class designed to connect with a body and mind that has been through a lot of changes.
We will stretch and strengthen muscles, find peace in body and mind, re-gain strength in the core and pelvic floor, practice mindfullness tools, learn breathing techniques, baby massage and more.
The classes will be physically active so you can feel like the body has worked. We will also have moments where we focus on the connection between mum and baby by practicing movements, postures and meditations that can be done together.
Suitable from whenever you feel ready to start moving after birth, up until your baby starts crawling around.
No previous experience with yoga needed.
