This 6-week course is designed to help you feel strong, confident, and connected in your Vinyasa practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your technique, this series will guide you through the foundations of flow — movement, breath, and awareness — one step at a time.

Each 75-minute class focuses on a specific element of the Vinyasa practice, helping you understand the “why” behind each pose and transition. You’ll learn key alignment principles, safe technique, and how to move with ease and intention — all while building strength, mobility, and confidence.

Over the six sessions, we’ll explore:

  1. Sun Salutations — building the base of your flow and finding proper alignment in Downward Dog.
  2. Breath & Movement — understanding Chaturanga and how breath guides your transitions.
  3. Core Engagement — discovering how to step forward on your mat with strength and control.
  4. Hip Strength & Mobility — refining your stance and positioning in Warriors and lunges.
  5. Alignment — learning how to safely stack your body for stability, strength, and length.
  6. Gaze & Drishti — cultivating balance and ease through mindful focus.

This course is a safe and supportive space to ask questions, explore your practice, and truly understand the movement of Vinyasa. You’ll leave feeling more confident, capable, and connected — ready to flow with strength and awareness.
