This 6-week course is designed for intermediate practitioners ready to take their practice to the next level. Each 90-minute class dives deep into a specific inversion or arm balance, helping you build the strength, technique, and confidence needed to lift, balance, and explore your body in new ways.

Through clear guidance, creative drills, and mindful progressions, you’ll learn how to safely enter, hold, and transition through these challenging postures — while staying connected to your breath and presence.

Over the six sessions, we’ll explore:

  1. Headstand — building a stable foundation and understanding balance from the ground up.
  2. Crow Variations — finding control and lightness through your center.
  3. Chinstand and Other Arm Balances — discovering strength and mobility in unique shapes.
  4. Handstand — cultivating alignment, shoulder strength, and body awareness.
  5. Forearmstand — learning how to balance between strength and openness.
  6. Inversion Play in Flow — bringing it all together through movement and creativity.

Expect to challenge yourself, move playfully, and gain a deeper understanding of how strength, mobility, and focus work together in your practice.
