Power Vinyasa

A 75 minute class where we will be working towards preparing the body for a peak pose such as inversions, arm balances or flexibility poses.

The class will consist of a short integration to warm up the body, followed by a dynamic flow covering both strength and flexibility, balancing postures, peak-pose attempts, a stretch and a meditation.

A great class for those who are looking to challenge themselves in learning new skills and want to feel like they are advancing in their physical practice.

Suitable for all levels as there will always be modifications offered to replace the more advanced postures and transitions.

Yin

THIS CLASS REPLACES VINYASA FLOW EVERY LAST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH!

A 75 minute class dedicated to the energy of the moon of that month. 

Yin yoga is a slow paced practice where we move in to a pose with the intent to stretch or release a muscle group and hold it for 3-5 minutes before changing. 

The class will consist of about 10-12 poses, a pranayama practice and a guided meditation.

A great class for slowing down, connecting to yourself, de-stress, relaxing the body and achieve peace of mind. Perfect for those who would like to feel relaxed and renewed after class.
