Yin yoga is a slow paced practice where we move in to a pose with the intent to stretch or release a muscle group and hold it for 3-5 minutes before changing.
The class will consist of about 10-12 poses, a pranayama practice and a guided meditation.
A great class for slowing down, connecting to yourself, de-stress, relaxing the body and achieve peace of mind. Perfect for those who would like to feel relaxed and renewed after class.
