The class will consist of a short integration to warm up the body, followed by a dance-like flow, challenges in skill, strength or flexibility, some balancing postures, a stretch and a meditation.
A great class for those who are looking to get out of their head and tune inwards through flow of movement.
Suitable for all levels as there will always be modifications offered to replace the more advanced postures and transitions.
