We offer weekly classes, courses, and workshops, as well as private and corporate yoga sessions.

Weekly Classes

Ina's Vinyasa and Flow classes are often physically challenging and requires presence and focus. The aim of the classes is to get the participants out of their heads and in to their bodies through an athletic flow of movement synced with the breath.

Her classes have a purpose of inspiring self-awareness in her students by becoming better acquainted with their inner dialogue, and encourages exploration of physical capabilities such as endurance, strength and active range of motion.

In the class a flow is established and is repeated several times where the participant has the opportunity to sync their movement with breath. Then there are often challenges in strength or skill, and at last we release and harvest the benefits of the practice through a stretch and meditation.

All classes are suitable for any level of yoga as there will always be less advanced alternatives presented to make sure everyone can practice based on their personal level.
